Targeted iron dosing at the root zone — for red-plant roots and iron-hungry substrate feeders.

Iron matters at the roots as well as in the water column — the open water itself — particularly for plants that feed mainly through their root system. Aquario Neo Tab Fe is an iron-focused root tab (a fertiliser tablet pushed into the substrate, the material covering the tank floor), designed to put iron right where root-feeding plants can use it, rather than relying solely on water-column dosing (adding liquid fertiliser to the open water, like Neo Solution FE) to reach them.

It's a targeted correction tool — reach for it if root-feeding plants near the tab are showing pale or washed-out new growth despite otherwise reasonable water-column dosing, rather than using it as a blanket fertiliser for the whole tank.

Aquario hasn't published an exact iron content for this tab, so we can't quote a guaranteed figure. Push it into the substrate a few centimetres from the root ball (the clump of roots at the plant's base), and give new growth a few weeks to show whether it's helped before adding another.
