Description
A nano LED light is a compact LED fixture designed for small aquariums. For a planted tank the useful question is not how bright it looks but whether the output matches the plants: easy, low-light plants such as mosses, Anubias and Java fern do well under roughly 10 to 20 lumens per litre, while demanding plants and carpets want more than double that. LEDs run cool and use little power.

Usage & Instructions
Mount it on the rim or bracket as the maker describes, keeping the unit and its cable above the water line. Run it on a plug-in timer for a consistent day: start a newly planted tank at 6 to 8 hours and increase gradually to 8 to 10 as plants fill in. If the light is dimmable, start low and raise it only if plants need it.
Risk & Awareness
Too many hours or too much intensity grows algae faster than plants; if algae appears, shorten the photoperiod before anything else. Never leave lights on around the clock. Keep the fixture and cable dry and use a residual-current safety switch on aquarium electrics.
